Tell us a little bit about your background before joining The Key team.

Before joining The Key, I was in lifestyle and hospitality PR on the agency side for almost seven years. I worked on hotel and restaurant openings, brand launches, press trips, influencer events, and much more. From my first after-college internship in San Francisco with a full-service comms firm working on large environmental campaigns (like “Spare the Air”), I knew that PR was my calling as it blends writing, creativity and collaboration -- three things that I enjoy most in my role.

Describe your work style in five words.

Methodical. Collaborative. Dependable. Thoughtful. Supportive.

What are your favorite kinds of projects to tackle?

I love projects when my personal interests come into play -- whether it’s publicizing an organization that I feel passionately about, launching a brand in an industry that’s exciting to me, or working on a partnership with a favorite brand of mine. I also enjoy anything involving writing and crafting messaging that eventually makes its way into stories.

What’s your proudest moment at work?

My proudest career moment was landing a feature segment on NBC’s TODAY Show for a former client of mine. My pitch had been in the works for almost a year, so when it finally came to fruition, it was super exciting and rewarding. I’m a personal fan of the show, so getting the opportunity to be on set in Studio 1A was such a cool moment for me.

What makes you the most excited to be at The Key?

The amazing people and growth opportunities. I’m getting the chance to continue my career development in industries that are familiar to me, while also dipping my toes in fields that are newer. The variety of work here is wonderful -- which keeps things interesting and allows for a ton of personal growth. The crew at The Key are some of the nicest people I’ve met, and getting to learn from incredibly talented female PR veterans is the cherry on top!

Lightning Round:

Favorite office snack? Can’t deny that it’s chocolate.

Badass female role model? Gloria Allred is a BOSS.

Power song? Goddess by Banks.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be? The power to heal on the spot!
